José Carlos Gómez, nuevo consejero de Universidad e Innovación de la Junta de Andalucía
Así lo acaba de anunciar el recién nombrado Presidente de la Junta de Andalucía, Juan Manuel Moreno Bonilla, en una rueda de prensa en la que ha resaltado también la figura de Jorge Paradela Gutiérrez como nuevo consejero de Políticas para la Industria y la Energía.

En este sentido, para el presidente electo, las universidades son uno de los pilares de la transformación social y económica de Andalucía. Así lo dejó claro durante un acto de la Universidad de Córdoba y, por ese motivo, ha elegido a José Carlos Gómez, exrector de esta universidad, como nuevo consejero de Universidad e Innovación.
De otro lado, ha optado por Jorge Paradela, el exdirector de Negocio del Sevilla F.C., como cabeza en las competencias de Políticas para la Industria y la Energía. "He incorporado algunos perfiles de personas que son independientes, que no militan en el PP y no han estado en la actividad pública, que se incorporan para compaginar la gestión de un gobierno que ha funcionado bien con la frescura de personas que no llegan desde la función pública", explicaba Moreno.
El presidente de la Junta de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno, ha hecho pública la composición de su nuevo gobierno, que amplía de 11 a 13 el número de consejerías, con mayoría femenina, de siete mujeres por seis hombres al frente de los departamentos.
